Halloween

We started our pumpkin carving. It hardly feels like fall though, we're just getting some rain here an there but still very warm and nice. I love it!

This girl loved cleaning the inside and then tracing the design.

But somewhere in between got tired of posing... :)

 The kitchen light created some really cool effect that I didn't need to put any candles in.

Some of the neighbors already had lights up for Diwali which will then be kept on for Christmas. Really beautiful.

What a great night last night was! We weren't out for long as not a whole lot of people gave out candy, nor did Ella come back with any candy that she could actually eat, but it was great because she enjoyed doing what she loves best: to give out the candy. So her, mamaie, and tataie were out on the porch giving out candy late in the evening. The weather was fantastic, too.
